Watch pride & prejudice (2005) movie online free without signing up name. The many comparisons in these comments to the far superior 1995 mini-series with Ehle and Firth are quite apt, but I would also add that this adaption has little resemblance to Austen's book! What is present here is a lovely setting and a mushy romance, but that is not what Austen wrote. This version eliminates all the satire, all the wit, that are the hallmarks of Austen. Almost every character is likable in this film! Judi Densch portrays Lady Catherine as appropriately imperious and snobbish, but her portrayal misses the humor: Lady Catherine is an idiot, a higher-class Mrs. Bennet, full of nonsensical observations and overtly stupid, though no one tells her as much. The Bennet family is erroneously portrayed as endearingly eccentric and lovable, but again, that is not consistent with Austen's novel. Mr and Mrs Bennet are horrid parents: one is detached and neglectful and the other is selfish and a miserable role model for her daughters. Blethyn and Sutherland's benign Bennets are far from the creations of Jane Austen. This movie portrays the Bennets as good folks, but a bit on the trailer-trash side. Mrs Bennet was loud and vulgar but did not have animals running through her house nor would she have allowed her daughters to eat like pigs at a trough, as they do in this movie: she put on airs and lived above the family's means. You'd never get this impression from this adaptation.
The DVD's interviews of several cast members are quite telling. The actor playing Darcy says that Darcy isn't proud, but shy. Did anyone tell him what the name of the novel is? It wasn't "Shyness and Prejudice" The actress playing Mary Bennet gushed about how wonderful it would be to be a Bennet in real life, as though this were "Little Women." She had no sense that her character was intended to be offensively moralistic and foolish. Similarly, Blethyn and Sutherland went on about what good parents the Bennets were, Blethyn remarking that Mrs Bennet was a good mother to have married off three daughters! Brenda dear: Elizabeth and Jane married IN SPITE of Mrs Bennet's repulsiveness to their suitors, not BECAUSE of her, and Lydia's marriage to Wickham, which WAS the result of Mrs Bennet's poor influences on her daughter, is a disastrously bad marriage! In short, this is a poor movie because it took all the wit and humor and social commentary of Austen and made it into a cheesy romance flick. The first Darcy proposal was a gem: it looked more like Wuthering Heights than Pride and Prejudice, with the characters out in a storm, their emotions being tossed about with the wind. Where did Austen write such a scene? Elizabeth despised Darcy at this point of the story, but in the movie, she seems ready to jump his bones. Knightley was badly miscast here. she is a raving beauty, and her beauty seems to be what makes Darcy interested in her. But again, that is not what Austen wrote. It is supposed to be Elizabeth's wit and character that attract Darcy, not her looks, which on first impression he has no difficulty resisting.
I was prepared to dislike this movie before I saw it, but convinced myself that it probably wasn't so bad and to give it a chance. It was much worse than I imagined, however. How sad that moviegoers unfamiliar with Austen will see this film and conclude that Jane Austen wrote sappy romances.

Inglourious basterds bar scene. Whenever I view a Quentin Tarantino film I expect a quirky plot, decent acting and a cool soundtrack. Unfortunately, I also expect non-existent pacing, a confusing narrative and long, drawn-out talking sequences.
You get plenty of the above with his newest effort, the revenge fantasy, Inglourious Basterds, a remake of the 1978 Italian picture, Bastardi Senza Gloria" literally "Bastards Without Glory. It's "The Dirty Dozen" meets "Valkyrie" meets "Kill Bill" and tells the story of a small band of Jewish-American guerrilla soldiers who are dropped behind enemy lines in German-occupied France and strike fear in the hearts of Hitler's military.
Led by Lt. Aldo Raine (Brad Pitt) the group accomplishes this by raids and ambushes in which dead German soldiers are scalped (in some very gruesome scenes) and survivors have swastikas carved into their foreheads (think younger, more Teutonic versions of Charles Manson. While there are eight of these commandos, the two most interesting are Pfc. Omar "The Bear Jew" Ulmer (Omar) who beats Nazis with baseball bats; and Sgt. Hugo Stiglitz (Til Schweiger) an ex-Wehrmacht soldier who killed a dozen of his own troops.
The trailers for the movie are really pushing this plot line, but that's a false premise. There are really only a few scenes of such carnage, instead the story revolves mostly around a lisping SS colonel, Hans "The Jew-Hunter" Landa (Christoph Waltz, a German actor appearing in a rare U.S. production) and a French Jew, Soshanna Dreyfus (Mélanie Laurent, a French actress appearing in a rare U.S. production) whose family Landa had killed.
She owns a movie house in Paris and becomes acquainted with Frederick Zoller (Daniel Brühl) a war hero who supposedly killed over 100 U.S. soldiers in Italy. A film of this exploit, A Nation's Pride, was made by Nazi Minister of Propaganda, Josef Goebbels (Sylvester Groth. Of course, the premier of this film will take place at the picture show.
Also complicating matters is a British spy, Lt. Archie Hicox (Michael Fassbender) who is unintentionally hilariously briefed by Michael Myers (doing his worst Group Capt. Lionel Mandrake impersonation) and Winston Churchill (Rod Taylor, The Time Machine. The Birds. Then, there's another subplot which has the Fuerher himself (Martin Wuttke) possibly attending the premier.
To complete these various story lines, Tarantino falls back on his habit of filming scene after scene of people sitting around tables, talking, talking and talking (see "Grindhouse's Death Car. Talking in taverns, talking in houses, talking in war rooms, talking in basements, talking in prisons. Mr. Tarantino, there is a person who toils on every film set that ever existed - this person called an "editor." Please make use of this person.
These sequences swallow up about 80 percent of the movie's 2-hour, 30-minute running time and leave precious little time for Pitt, who does well, albeit with a bad Southern accent, and his mercenaries.
There some good things about the film, however. The sets and costumes are wonderful and quite accurate as far as period detail goes; the location cinematography by Robert Richardson ( The Aviator. Kill Bill, Vols. 1 and 2" is terrific; the movie uses authentic German, French and Italian (with subtitles) and Tarrantino knows his German cinema history, dropping names like Lili Riefenstahl, P.W. Pabst and Emil Jannings.
A good surgeon could have removed about 45-minutes from this movie, though, added a few more scenes of the Basterds and toned down the David Bowie. Then, it might have been the taut, compelling film I thought it could be.

Salimos a las 6:30 h de la mañana direción a sevilla , recogimos allí a los alumnos del instituto San Pablo ,sabre las 8:20h .
A las 10:30 paramos en un pueblo1, llamado Zaara de la sierra donde nos recogierón los monitores y alli vimos dos conejos y un monton de granjos . Y a partimo hacia la ruta , llamada los llanos del Rabal. Despues nos dirigimos a la ruta llamada "Los llanos del rabal" a las que llegamo a las 11:15 H al bajarnos del autobus vimos un un gato, despues los monitores nos dió el almuerzo y hicimos tres grupos con un monitor cada grupo con la que posteriormente iniciamos la ruta, en la que fuimos viendo muchas variedades de plantas (encina, quejido, oregano, poleo...), fuimos viendo estos tipos de plantas y arbustos hasta llegar a la zona del pinzapar. Donde vimos los primeros pinsapos ya que alli era donde dava poco el sol y es donde se crian ellos mas adelante vimos la mariguana de los tontos. A las 17:00 H terminamos la ruta, siguiendo el camino en autobus, hasta llegar al lugar donde nos alojabamos. A las 18:00 H nos dieron la merienda que contenia galletas y zumo.
Despues de todo esto fuimos al dormitorio a dejar las maletas y posteriormente fuimos a ducharnos y estuvimos conociendo al otro instituto.  A las 21:00 h era la cena. Despues de cenar, nos dirigimos a una pequeña ruta    , donde el monitor Jose Mari, nos conto una historia, despues de eso, nos dirigimos a la habitación donde nos alojamos hasta el siguiente dia.
